Why PilatesITC?

Why PilatesITC?

Comprehensive training by industry experts

Designed by a world class teaching faculty of industry experts and offered outside of Australia here in Singapore for the very first time, PilatesITC in partnership with équilibre will deliver rigorous, high-quality training programmes that integrate extensive repertoires, clinical applications, and professional work practices with the most current scientific understanding of biomechanics relevant to movement and exercise .

Blended learning with integrated online and face-to-face components

PilatesITC's courses are delivered through a combination of:

  • Directed online learning;
  • Course application contact workshops;
  • Off-the-job contact (face-to-face workshops and tutorials);
  • On-the-job professional work experience (observation, training studio, and real time), and
  • Self-directed learning (including self-study and self-mastery)

Directed distance learning means participants, no matter where they are located, are able to undertake a portion of their training online, and gain hands-on skills and complete work experience hours at the studio.

The flexibility to engage in distance learning and schedule work experience hours around other commitments makes it feasible for budding Pilates professionals including school leavers, career changers, health and fitness advocates, and allied health and medical practitioners to commit to a Pilates training programme.
